摘　　要：本文以上海工程技术大学技术转移中心建设为例,剖析了地方高校技术转移工作中高质量专利成果不足、技术转移队伍建设乏力、技术成果对接成效偏低三个方面的问题并提出对策思考。论文研究旨在探索可复制、可推广的地方高校科技成果转化发展模式,构建符合地方高校实际的技术转移服务体系路径,为地方高校破解科技成果多、市场转化率低等难题提供经验借鉴。Taking the construction of the technology transfer center of Shanghai University of Engineering Science as an example,three aspects of the problems in the technology transfer work of local universities were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward.The three aspects of the problems include the lack of high-quality patent,the weak construction of the technology transfer team and the low technology transfer efficiency.The purpose of this paper is to explore the replicable and extendable development mode of the transformation of technology achievements,and to construct the path of the technology transfer service system in accordance with the actual situation of local universities,so as to provide experience for local universities to solve the problems of excessive technology achievements and low market conversion rate.
