社交媒体视域下郑州市房产档案馆馆藏民国档案资源开发利用研究

摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的不断发展和进步,社交媒体开始活跃在各行各业。在研究郑州市房产档案馆现存的一千余卷民国档案的基本馆藏情况、馆藏民国档案的开发价值以及现存问题的基础上,分析了郑州市房产档案馆应用社交媒体创新档案信息资源开发利用的必要性,提出了积极响应国家战略建设、提供档案众包服务、从滞后服务转向即时服务、建立房产档案移动平台的策略。With the continuous development and progress of modern information technology,social media have become active in all walks of life.On the basis of studying the basic collection situation of over one thousand volumes of archives of the Republic of China,the development value of the archives and the existing problems in the Real Estate Archives of Zhengzhou,this paper analyzes the necessity of using social media to innovate the development and utilization of archives information resources in Zhengzhou Real Estate Archives,and puts forward the strategies of actively responding the national strategic construction,providing archives crowd sourcing service,shifting from lagging service to instant service,and establishing mobile platform of real estate archives.
