摘　　要：文章采用文献研究法,对CNKI数据库、中国人民大学学位论文库、Web of Science数据库、Springer数据库检索得到的124篇关于“档案所有权”的文献进行主题和内容分析。在“为什么”部分,归纳出档案所有权的研究动因、理论依据和法律依据;在“是什么”部分,梳理了档案所有权的概念、特点、权能、类型划分、纠纷情形、历史沿革和国外研究;在“怎么做”部分,总结了档案所有权的现存问题、变更和转移、优化建议的相关观点。基于上述分析,文章归纳出国内外已有研究的特点和不足,并提出未来的研究展望。With literature research method,this paper analyzes the themes and contents of 124 articles about"archives ownership"retrieved from CNKI database,Renmin University of China dissertation database,Web of Science database and Springer database.In the"why"part,it summarizes the research motivation,theoretical basis and legal basis of archives ownership.In the part of"what is it",it sorts out the concepts,characteristics,powers,types,disputes,historical evolution and foreign research of archives ownership.In the"how to do"part,it summarizes the existing problems,changes and transfer of archives ownership,and the relevant views on optimization suggestions.Based on the analysis above,this paper summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing research at home and abroad,and puts forward the future research prospects.
