血清A F P、T SGF、GP73及GGT联合MSCT检查对原发性肝癌的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清AFP、TSGF、GP73及GGT联合MSCT检查对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析76例肝癌患者、44例肝部良性病变患者和44例健康体检者的临床资料,对比各组血清肿瘤标志物AFP、TSGF、GP73、GGT水平以及MSCT图像特征,计算分析不同检查对诊断原发性癌的灵敏性、特异性、准确性。结果原发性肝癌组患者的血清AFP、TSGF、GP73、GGT水平明显高于良性肝病组、健康组(P<0.05);MSCT+血清AFP、TSGF、GP73、GGT联合检查的灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为97.37%、98.68%、96.05%,明显高于各项血清肿瘤标志物的单一检查、血清联合检查以及MSCT的单一检查(P<0.05)。结论血清AFP、TSGF、GP73、GGT和MSCT检查均对原发性肝癌的诊断具有重要意义,血清AFP、TSGF、GP73、GGT联合MSCT检查能显著提高原发性肝癌的诊断灵敏性、特异性、准确性。Objective To investigate the value of serum AFP,TSGF,GP73,and GGT combined with MSCT in diagnosing primary liver cancer.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with lung cancer,44 patients with benign lung disease,and 44 healthy subjects were retrospectively analyzed.The serum tumor markers AFP,TSGF,GP73,GGT levels,and MSCT images were compared.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of different tests in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer were calculated and analyzed.Results The levels of serum AFP,TSGF,GP73,and GGT of the patients in the primary liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign liver disease group and healthy group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of combined examination of MSCT+serum AFP,TSGF,GP73,and GGT were 97.37%,98.68%,and 96.05%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the single examination of serum tumor markers,serum combined examination and single MSCT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum AFP,TSGF,GP73,GGT,and MSCT are important for diagnosing primary liver cancer.Serum AFP,TSGF,GP73,GGT combined with MSCT can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy for primary liver cancer.
