摘　　要：赵明君教授治疗心悸病临床经验丰富,秉承治病求本、病证结合的治疗思想,强调治疗兼顾“血脉之心”与“神明之心”的“双心同治”,结合辨证,分别予以益气安神、养血安神、养心安神、滋阴清火安神、温阳理气安神、化痰安神,活血安神等中医综合疗法,以达到标本同治、双心同治的治疗效果,临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。Professor ZHAO Mingjun has rich clinical experience in the treatment of palpitation,adheres to the treatment idea of seeking the root of the disease and combining disease and syndrome,emphasizes the“double heart treatment”of giving consideration to“the heart of blood”and“the heart of Shen”.According to the syndrome differentiation of patients,he is given to supplementing Qi and calming the mind,nourishing blood and calming the mind,nourishing Yin,clearing fire and calming the mind,warming Yang,regulating Qi and calming the mind,resolving phlegm and calming the mind respectively.Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy such as promoting blood circulation and calming mind,so as to achieve the therapeutic effect of treating the symptoms with the same treatment and treating both hearts with the same treatment.The clinical curative effect is accurate and worthy of clinical promotion.
