摘  要:于2020年8月和11月对南溪河大型底栖无脊椎动物进行了调查,共调查样点35个,完成51个物种耐污值的计算.利用耐污值及生物多样性指数,对南溪河35个样点的水质进行生物学评价.结果表明,生物监测工作组指数(BMWP)和Shannon-Wiener指数能较好反映南溪河的生态系统健康状况,而物种平均得分指数(ASTP)的水质评价结果偏高,EPT-Fa指数的水质评价结果偏低,两者均不太适合南溪河的水质生物学评价.BMWP指数和Shannon-Wiener指数评价的南溪河健康状况结果表明,“良好”及以上水平的样点占总样点数60%以上,而“差”水平以下样点最高占比仅为8.57%,南溪河河流生态系统整体健康状况较好.Macroinvertebrates were investigated at 35 sampling sites in Nanxi River in August and November 2020,and the tolerance values of 51 species were calculated.Based on the tolerance value and biodiversity index,the water quality of the 35 sampling sites in Nanxi River was evaluated.BMWP index and Shannon-Wiener index could reflect the ecosystem health status of Nanxi River well,while ASPT index and EPT-FA index were not suitable for the biological evaluation of water quality of Nanxi River.The results showed that the sample sites with"Well"or above in health status indicated by,BMWP index and Shannon-Wiener index accounted for more than 60%of the total sample sites,while the sample sites with"Poor"and below that in health status accounted for only 8.57%,indicating that the health status of Nanxi River ecosystem was healthy as a whole.
