摘 要:大东湖核心区污水传输深隧是国内首次以满管压力流运行方式建成的污水传输系统,尚无实际运行调度经验可借鉴,因此该项目在合理统筹上下游调度技术层面遇到较大挑战。针对大东湖污水深隧的管理与调度中面临的重、难点问题,结合在线监测、物联网、水力模型等技术,联合设计开发智慧调度与管理系统,辅助深隧管理人员实时掌握深隧运行状态,管理深隧巡检与设备维护等日常工作,并基于水力与淤积模型做出调度决策。该系统的设计与开发着眼于符合深隧运行的实际管理需求,重点解决大东湖深隧运营期内合理调度与淤积风险管控问题,最大限度地降低深隧运行风险,同时统筹规划上下游调度需求。The deep tunnel in core district of Great East Lake is the first sewage conveyance system operated with full pipe pressure flow in China.Since there is no other implemented domestic project for reference,the project has encountered many technical challenges in reasonable coordination of upstream and downstream scheduling.Aiming at the key challenges,combining on-line monitoring,Internet of Things,hydraulic model and other technologies,the smart dispatch and management system is jointly designed and developed to assist the deep tunnel managers to master the operation status in real time,to manage the daily inspection work and equipment maintenance,and to make scheduling decisions based on the hydraulic and sedimentation model.The design and development of the system focus on fulfilling the practical management requirements during the operational stage,targeting on solving the reasonable scheduling issue and sedimentation risk control in the operation period,migrating the operational risks of the deep tunnel,and meeting the upstream and downstream dispatch requirements.
