英国五所高校电子教材出版项目运作及启示——以JISC资助项目为例

摘　　要：文章以JISC资助的英国五所高校电子教材出版项目为研究对象,重点从出版项目的商业模式与可持续性、出版阶段、技术运用、评估工具四个方面对电子教材出版项目的运作进行比较与分析,由此得出对我国高校开展电子教材出版的启示:确立开展电子教材出版的战略目标、创立适合本机构的独特有效的商业模式、建立能有效开展电子教材出版的团队、重视新技术的利用与出版的灵活性。This paper takes the e-textbook publishing projects in five British universities funded by the Joint Information Systems Committee(JISC)as the research object,compares and analyzes the operation of the e-textbook publishing projects from four main aspects,which include the business models and sustainability,publishing stages,technology application and evaluation tools,and concludes the enlightenment of the e-textbook publishing for Chinese colleges and universities:establishing the strategic goal of the developing e-textbook publishing,creating unique and effective business models suitable for the organizations,establishing teams that can effectively carry out the e-textbook publishing,and placing a high value on the use of new technologies and the flexibility of publishing.
