摘 要:以11 kW/160 M-4高效电机为例,利用低谐波绕组理论对绕组改造。将单双层混合不等匝正弦绕组(简称正弦绕组)与单层或双层绕组(简称普通绕组)进行对比,正弦绕组气隙磁势波形趋于正弦波,且其绕组的线圈平均半匝长比普通绕组短。当两种绕组电机性能相近时,正弦绕组电机的制造成本比普通绕组电机减少约10%。Taking the 11 kW/160 M-4 high-efficiency motor as an example,the low harmonic winding theory is used to reform the winding.Comparing with the three phase practical single-double layer unequal turn number sine winding(for short of sine winding)and single layer winding or double layer winding(for short of common winding),the air gap distribution of magneto motive force of sine winding is close to sine wave.And sine winding have wider the range of fine tuning and shorter length of half turn.When the motor have the same performances,the sine winding motor manufacturing cost will reduce about 10 percent than common winding.
