摘  要:气压式水位检测是洗碗机普遍使用的水位信号检测的方式,本文针对目前存在的洗碗机在洗涤过程中关门误触发高水位保护的问题展开研究,分析检测系统的工作原理与压力值传递的特性,提出了基于原有系统增加缓冲器的技术改进,通过缓冲器形成了对瞬时气压变化在传递过程中的延迟和过滤效应,保证了水位信号检测的准确性和稳定性。综上,本文为洗碗机技术领域的发展与创新提供了有意义的理论参考和可行方法。Pneumatic water level detection is a common way of water level signal detection in dishwasher.This paper studies the problem of high water level protection spuriously triggered by closing door quickly during washing process in dishwasher,analyzes the working principle of detection system and the characteristics of pressure value transmission,and puts forward the technical improvement that is adding a buffer into the original system resulting in a delay and filtering effect to the transmission of instantaneous pressure change,which ensures the accuracy and stability of water level signal detection.To sum up,this paper significantly provides meaningful reference and a practical method for the development and advance of the dishwasher technologies.
