摘　　要：某套管式换热器投入使用过程中,售后多次出现套管水管接头裂漏的情况。通过对问题套管接头的材料、加工工艺及结构受力进行分析,得出裂漏主要原因为焊接过烧及结构强度不足,并针对性的做出改进措施,彻底解决裂漏问题。In the process of putting a casing heat exchanger into use,there are many cases of cracking and leaking of casing water pipe fittings after sale.Through the analysis of the material,processing process and structural force of the problem casing joint,it is concluded that the main causes of the crack leak are welding overburn and insufficient structural strength,and targeted improvement measures are made to completely solve the cracking problem.
