摘 要:针对振动台控制系统低频采集精度不足的问题,提出了一种双传感器法采集振动信号的方案。为了验证该方案的可行性,搭建了基于STM32单片机的振动信号采集系统,实验结果表明:双传感器法在低频时的采集性能明显优于单传感器法。双传感器法能够很好地解决单一压电式加速度传感器采集振动信号低频精度差的问题,对提高振动台控制系统低频控制精度的研究具有一定的参考价值。To address the problem of insufficient low frequency acquisition accuracy of the shaker control system,a dual-sensor method is proposed to acquire vibration signals.In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme,a vibration signal acquisition system based on STM32 microcontroller is built.The experimental results show that the acquisition performance of the dual-sensor method is significantly better than that of the single-sensor method at low frequencies.The dual-sensor method can well solve the problem of poor low-frequency accuracy of vibration signals collected by a single piezoelectric accelerometer,which provides a reference for the research of improving the low-frequency control accuracy of shaker control systems.
