摘 要:烟气制硫酸系统的转化工序,需要对进入转化器之前的烟气中SO_(2)和O_(2)浓度进行监控,保证SO_(2)的初始浓度值及合理的氧硫比,提高SO_(2)平衡转化率。结合转化工序烟气特点,通过对反吹单元、取样单元、预处理单元的设计优化以及分析仪的合理选型,解决硫酸厂二氧化硫鼓风机出口分析仪系统普遍存在的易堵、维护量大、系统不稳定、波动大、检测分析滞后大等问题,实现对二氧化硫鼓风机出口烟气中SO_(2)和O_(2)浓度的稳定监控。实际应用表明:该气体分析仪系统达到预期效果。In conversion section of flue gas based sulfuric acid production system,the concentrations of SO_(2)and O_(2)in flue gas before introducing into the convertor need to be monitored to guarantee the SO_(2)initial concentration and reasonable O_(2)to SO_(2)ratio to increase SO_(2)equilibrium conversion rate.Combining with the features of flue gas in conversion section,by design optimizing for scavenging unit,sampling unit,pretreatment unit,and reasonable analyzer type selection,the common existing problems of easily blocking up,too much maintenance,unstable system,large fluctuation and long lag time of detection and analysis and so on in analyzer system at outlet of SO_(2)blower in sulfuric acid plant are solved.The stable monitoring for the SO_(2)and O_(2)concentration at the outlet of SO_(2)blower is realized.The practical application indicates the gas analyzer system achieves the desired effect.
