摘　　要：高等院校通过落实认证工作,找缺补短,深化教育教学改革,改善基础课程设置,提升教学管理水平,提高我国高等教育总体实力,使教学管理工作更加科学化、制度化、规范化。为确保认证顺利通过,提高办学质量,增强高等院校的国际竞争力,高等院校必须完善师资培训体系,加强教师职业培训工作。By carrying out the work of certification,colleges and universities can make up for the shortage,deepen the reform of education and teaching,improve the basic courses,promote the teaching management,improve the overall strength of education in China’s colleges and universities,and make teaching work more scientific,systematized and standardized.In order to ensure the smooth certification work,improve the quality for running schools,enhance the international competitiveness of colleges and universities,realize the overall strength promotion of China’s higher education,and improve the teacher training system of colleges and universities,it is imperative to strengthen the professional training of teachers.
