立德树人视域下高校学生管理工作与思想政治教育工作协同发展探究

摘　　要：新时代,中国特色社会主义教育事业实现稳健发展的关键在于落实立德树人的根本任务。思想政治教育则是实现立德树人的基础,尤其是对于价值观念正处于确立关键时期的青年学生而言,实现思想政治教育在各个教育环节的落实与渗透是必要的。高校学生管理工作是高校教育管理的主要内容,其与思想政治教育在育人目标、工作理念上具有一致性,在教育职能上具有互补性,在立德树人视域下全面渗透思想政治教育方面发挥着重要作用。目前,高校学生管理工作与思想政治教育工作协同发展的过程中仍旧存在一系列问题,影响其协同育人的效果。因此,立足立德树人视角,构建高校学生管理工作与思想政治教育工作协同发展的有效机制,对于提高高校人才培养质量、实现人才培养目标具有促进作用。In the new era,the key to the steady development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics lies in the implementation of the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents.Ideological and political education is the basis for realizing the task.Especially for young people who are in the critical stage of establishing their values,it is necessary to realize the implementation and penetration of ideological and political education in all educational links.As the main content of college education management,student management is consistent with ideological and political education in terms of education goals and working concepts,and is complementary in educational functions.It plays an important role in implementing comprehensive ideological and political education from the perspective of enhancing morality and fostering talents.At present,in the coordinated development of student management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,there are still a series of problems that affect the effect of coordinated education.Therefore,building an effective mechanism for the coordinated development of student management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on the perspective of enhancing morality and fostering talents plays an important role in improving the quality of talent training and achieving the goal of talent training in colleges and universities.
