摘  要:人际信任、自我协调是大学生心理健康素养的核心内容。该研究采用连续团辅、阶段团辅、影片赏析三种不同形式,对15个班级进行心理健康体验式实践教学。结果发现:三种教学方式对人际信任的提升效果不明显,但是对促进自我和谐效果显著,其中连续班级团辅效果最佳。因此,应采取更深层次、更长久的自我人际探索主题活动,促进大学生人际关系的领悟和提升。Interpersonal trust and self-coordination are the core content of college students’mental health literacy.In this study,three different forms of continuous group counseling,stage group counseling,and film appreciation were used to conduct mental health experience-based practical teaching in 15 classes.The results found that the three teaching methods have not obvious effects on the improvement of interpersonal trust,but have significant effects on the promotion of self-congruence.Among them,the continuous class group counseling has the best effect.Deeper and longer-term thematic activities based on selfinterpersonal exploration should be adopted to promote the understanding and improvement of college students’interpersonal relationship.
