摘　　要：供热管网作为寒冷和严寒地区城市公共设施的重要组成部分,与居民的生活息息相关,供热管网安全平稳运行才能为用户提供健康舒适的工作和生活环境。本文结合"三供一业"大庆油田职工家属区供热系统分离移交维修改造工程实例,对老旧小区室外供热管网现状问题及改造措施进行探讨。As an important part of urban public facilities in cold and severe cold areas, the heating pipe network is closely related to the lives of residents.
