摘 要:锌铝镁镀层耐蚀性远强于传统纯锌镀层,介绍了一种适用于钢丝类基材的热浸镀锌铝镁镀层工艺:采用Zn-6%Al-3%Mg热浸镀镀液所制备镀层具有较高耐蚀性及力学性能;采用新型助镀剂的溶剂法(干法)所制备钢丝镀层质量高、污染小;镀层厚度随浸镀温度及浸镀时间的增加以不同速率增长;在浸镀温度470~500℃、浸镀时间60~120s、镀后冷却速率30℃/s条件下所制备钢丝镀层质量稳定、力学性能较好、与基体结合力强、具有更高的耐蚀性能。The corrosion resistance of zinc aluminum magnesium coating is much stronger than that of traditional pure zinc coating. Introduces a kind of hot-dip galvanizing aluminum magnesium coating process for steel wire substrate: the coating prepared by Zn-6%Al-3%Mg hot-dip plating solution has high corrosion resistance and mechanical properties;the steel wire coating prepared by solvent method with new plating AIDS(dry method) has high quality and less pollution;the thickness of coating varies with the temperature and time of immersion The results show that the quality of the coating is stable, the mechanical properties are good, the adhesion with the substrate is strong, and the corrosion resistance is stronger when the coating temperature is 470~500℃, the dipping time is 60~120 s and the cooling rate is 30℃/s.
