摘　　要：目的研究一种用于鼻炎治疗的金银花凝胶喷雾剂的制备。方法以外观、pH值、动力粘度、雾化效果和稳定性评价,筛选鼻用凝胶喷雾剂配方及制备工艺。结果采用适合剪切雾化的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物制备可雾化的金银花凝胶。氢氧化钠采用先加入方式,以0.75%丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物制备鼻用凝胶喷雾剂,产品pH值6.8~7.3,粘度25.0~27.0 Pa·s、雾化均匀、稳定性好。结论本研究以丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯为凝胶材料制备的金银花凝胶喷雾剂,实现凝胶可通过喷雾器手动泵的压力和喷嘴的剪切而产生雾化,到达给药部位后还原为凝胶状,黏附性好、鼻腔内的滞留时间长,适合鼻腔内使用,有效提高药物利用率。OBJECTIVE The preparation of honeysuckle gel spray for rhinitis treatment was studied.METHODS The formulation and preparation process of nasal gel spray were selected based on the evaluation of appearance,pH value,dynamic viscosity,atomization effect and stability.RESULTS Honeysuckle gel was prepared by acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer suitable for shear atomization.Sodium hydroxide was added in advance,nasal gel spray was prepared from 0.75%acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer with pH value of 6.8-7.3,viscosity of 25.0-27.0 Pa·s,uniform atomization and good stability.CONCLUSION Honeysuckle gel spray was prepared with acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer as gel material,which can be sprayed through the atomizer manual pump pressure and atomizing nozzle shear,reduced to gel after arrived in site.Honeysuckle gel spray have good adhesion,long residence time within the nasal cavity,suitable for use inside nasal cavity and effectively improve the drug utilization.
