夹金雪菊的质量评价研究-总黄酮含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立夹金雪菊的质量评价标准。方法采用紫外可见分光光度法分别测定夹金雪菊和昆仑雪菊中总黄酮的含量并比较,检测波长510 nm。结果以芦丁作标准曲线,A=1.1155C-0.0012,r=0.9984,在0.1509~0.9054 mg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.93%(n=6),相对标准偏差RSD为1.69%;夹金雪菊总黄酮平均含量为16.61%,昆仑雪菊总黄酮平均含量为20.86%。结论夹金雪菊中总黄酮含量较高,可作为夹金雪菊的质量评价指标之一。OBJECTIVE To establish the quality evaluation standard of Jiajin chrysanthemum.METHODS The contents of total flavonoids in Jiajin chrysanthemum and Kunlun chrysanthemum were determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry,detection wavelength 510 nm.RESULTS Rutin was used as the standard curve,A=1.1155C-0.0012,r=0.9984,showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1509-0.9054 mg·mL^(-1).The average recovery rate was 98.93%(n=6),the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.698%;The average content of total flavonoids in Jiajin chrysanthemum was 16.61%,and in Kunlun chrysanthemum was 20.86%.CONCLUSION The content of total flavonoids in Jiajin chrysanthemum is high,which can be used as one of the quality evaluation indexes.
