中药热奄包在PICC穿刺置管中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究中药热奄包在PICC穿刺置管中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2020年04月~2020年10月我院静脉专科门诊PICC置管患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组按静脉治疗操作流程行PICC穿刺置管术;观察组按静脉治疗操作流程行PICC穿刺置管术前,用中药热奄包湿热敷预穿刺部位。比较两组患者PICC穿刺置管情况。结果观察组患者经中药热奄包湿热敷后其贵要静脉管径显著大于对照组患者,一次性穿刺成功率(93%)显著高于对照组患者(77%),机械性静脉炎发生率(3%)显著低于对照组(27%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的静脉穿刺、插血管鞘的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包湿热敷预穿刺部位,可扩张血管内径,预防静脉炎发生,提高一次性穿刺成功率,减少穿刺疼痛,值得推荐。OBJECTIVE To probe into the application effect of Chinese traditional medicine heat pack in PICC catheterization.METHODS A convenience sampling method was used to select 60 patients with PICC in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2020.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).In the observation group,before PICC catheterization,the puncture site was prepunctured with hot and damp compress of Chinese medicine.The results of PICC catheterization was compared between the two groups.RESULTS The diameter of the vital vein in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group(93%),and the success rate of one-time puncture was significantly higher than that in the control group(77%),the incidence of mechanical phlebitis(3%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(27%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The pre-puncture site with hot and damp-hot compress can dilate the inner diameter of blood vessel,prevent phlebitis,increase the success rate of one-time puncture,and reduce the pain of puncture.
