摘 要:通过理化性能检测、电化学测试、高温高压CO_(2)腐蚀试验和氢致开裂试验对3Cr钢电阻焊(ERW)小油管的理化性能、电化学性能、耐高温高压CO_(2)腐蚀性能、耐H2S腐蚀性能等进行了研究。结果表明:其理化性能完全满足API SPEC 5CT-2018标准要求;3Cr钢的自腐蚀电位、阻抗均也高于N80钢的;在高温高压CO_(2)腐蚀环境中,3Cr钢的腐蚀速率为0.93 mm/a,N80钢的腐蚀速率为1.29 mm/a;3Cr钢ERW小油管母材对氢致开裂不敏感,而焊缝对氢致开裂敏感,焊缝处硬度超标是其对氢致开裂敏感的主要原因。The physicochemical properties,electrochemical properties,high-temperature and high-pressure CO_(2)corrosion resistance and H2S corrosion resistance for electrical resistance weld(ERW)small tubing of 3 Cr steel were studied by physical and chemical property tests,electrochemical tests,high-temperature and high-pressure CO_(2)corrosion test and hydrogen-induced cracking test.The results show that the physicochemical properties fully met the requirements of API SPEC 5 CT-2018.The free corrosion potential and impedance value of 3 Cr steel were higher than those of N80 steel.In high-temperature and high-pressure CO_(2)corrosion environment,the corrosion rate was 0.93 mm/a for 3 Cr steel and it was 1.29 mm/a for N80 steel.The base material of 3 Cr steel ERW small tubing was not sensitive to hydrogen-induced cracking,while the welded seam was sensitive to hydrogen-induced cracking.Excessive hardness of the welded seam was the main reason for its sensitivity to hydrogen-induced cracking.
