摘 要:“农改超”作为农产品营销业态的创新发展,以保障、提升农产品的质量安全为宗旨,但却出现了“农改超”后市场环境卫生反弹不断、农产品质量安全事件频发等问题。新冠肺炎疫情一定程度上也从侧面反映了中国农产品质量安全工作的严峻态势。在此背景下,本研究从政府、市场管理者、摊位租户、消费者等角度入手,分析了“农改超”下农产品质量安全存在的问题,并提出了推动“农改超”后农产品高质量发展的前景和出路。As an innovative development of agricultural products marketing format,transforming farmers'market to supermarket aims at ensuring and improving the quality and safety of agricultural products,but there are some problems such as continuous rebound of market environmental hygiene and frequently occurring agricultural products quality and safety incidents after transforming farmers'market to supermarket.To a certain extent,the COVID-19 pandemic also reflects the grim situation of China's agricultural products quality and safety work.Under this background,the problems existing in the quality and safety of agricultural products under the condition of transforming farmers'market to supermarket were analyzed from the perspectives of government,market managers,stall tenants and consumers.Finally,the future prospects and way out were put forward to improve the high-quality development of agricultural products after changing farmers'markets into supermarket.
