摘 要:西安地铁地裂缝设防段采用框架板轨道等上调式轨道结构,使得地裂缝线路调坡段必须位于地裂缝上盘地段,且框架板轨道在既有线抬升实操过程中存在抬升困难等诸多弊端。以西安地铁8号线工程为研究背景,通过现场调研预制板结构,并开展支座室内承载力试验,将具有调整功能的支座与预制道床板结合,提出一种可快速升降的轨道结构。该结构支座通过人工或电机对蜗杆驱动,蜗杆拨动涡轮,涡轮与螺套一起旋转带动螺杆在螺套内做垂直上下运动,进而实现结构的无级高度调整。该结构研发了地裂缝下调式轨道结构,可优化土建结构隧道断面,使地裂缝调线调坡段位于下盘地段,为后续轨道交通穿越地裂缝段提供理论指导和设计依据。Xi'an Metro ground fissure fortification section adopts frame slab track and other up-adjustment track structures,which makes it the only alternative to locate the gradient adjusting section of ground fissure line at the hanging wall of ground fissure,and there are many disadvantages such as lifting difficulty of frame slab track in the process of lifting the existing line.Based on the field investigation of prefabricated track slab and bearing capacity test and with reference to Xi'an Metro Line 8,the bearing with adjustment function is used for the first time to combine prefabricated track slab,and a track structure which can be quickly lifted is proposed.The support of the structure is driven by the worm or by hand.The worm stirs the turbine,and the turbine and the screw sleeve rotate together to drive the screw to move vertically up and down in the screw sleeve,so as to realize the stepless height adjustment of the mechanism.This structure fills in the blank of the track structure with downward adjustment of ground fissures.It can optimize the tunnel section of civil engineering structure,and allow the alignment and slope adjustment section of ground fissure located in the footwall section,which provides theoretical guidance and design basis for the subsequent rail transits passing through ground fissure sections.
