摘 要:目前转体法已成为新建桥梁跨越既有铁路线首选的施工方法,针对小半径曲线超大吨位转体桥相关研究和工程实践较少。福州市义北路上跨高速铁路立交工程主桥采用(141+110)m两跨中央单索面独塔混凝土斜拉桥,桥梁结构总宽为38.5 m,主梁曲线半径为900 m,转体质量达到50000 t。为探明该桥的受力特点和优化设计方案,开展了多项研究工作,如通过在墩底设置不同的球铰偏心距研究对桥梁转体状体纵横向不平衡弯矩的影响;建立主梁横隔板实体有限元模型,分析设置竖向无粘结预应力钢棒后的横隔板受力性能;将整体大吨位转体球铰沿中轴线分块成两部分,实现在工厂分块制造,分块运输,在现场拼装成整体再吊装入位;分别建立桥梁抗风和抗震数值分析模型,研究主桥在转体最大悬臂状态和成桥状态下的抗风和抗震性能。研究结果表明:该桥在转体施工状态和成桥状态下各部件受力性能较好,大吨位大尺寸球铰的制造、运输和安装问题已基本解决。针对该桥在设计中研究内容和创新进行详尽的介绍总结,为今后同类大吨位超宽幅曲线转体桥梁的设计研究提供参考和借鉴。At present,swivel bridges have become the preferred and safer construction plan for new bridges crossing over existing railway lines.Most domestic swivel bridges are straight bridges with swivel tonnage less than 30000 tons.There are few researches on the large tonnage swivel bridgew with small curve radius.The main bridge of the high-speed railway overpass project on Yibei Road in Fuzhou City has a span of 141 m+110 m,a central single-cable plane,a single-tower concrete cable-stayed bridge.The total width of the bridge structure is 38.5 m,the main beam curve radius is 900m and the swivel mass reaches 50000 tons.In order to find out the stress characteristics of the bridge and optimize the design plan,a number of researches have been carried out on the influence of the unbalanced bending moment of the bridge swivel body in the longitudinal and transverse directions by setting different spherical hinge eccentricity at the bottom of the pier.The solid finite element model of the main beam diaphragm is established to analyze the mechanical performance of the diaphragm after the setting of the vertical unbounded prestressed steel rods.The overall large-tonnage swivel spherical hinge is divided into two parts along the central axis to fulfill divisional manufacturing in the factory,divisional transportation and on-site assembly,followed by loading and positioning.The bridge resistance wind model and seismic numerical analysis model are established respectively to study the wind and seismic performances of the main bridge in the maximum cantilever state of the rotating body and the bridge state.The research results show that the bridge has good mechanical performance in the construction state and the completed state of the bridge.The manufacturing,transportation and installation problems of large tonnage and large size spherical hinges have been solved.This article offers a detailed introduction and summary of researches and innovations in the design of the bridge,and provides references for the design and research of
