摘　　要：目的分析某三甲医疗机构国家药品集中采购工作试点实施数据,并研究医院药师在药品集中采购工作中的作用。方法收集医疗机构国家药品集中采购中药品使用数据,利用EXCEL对中选品种的数量、金额、品种、处方/医嘱及用药频度(DDDs)进行回顾性分析。结果国家药品集中采购执行后,约70%的药品使用量变化不大或增加,中选药品每月完成年度使用量的5%~13%,药品费用下降明显。结论医院国家药品集中采购运行平稳,改革成效明显,药师在其中发挥了重要作用。OBJECTIVE To analyze the implementation data of national centralized drug procurement in a tertiary medical institution, and study the role of hospital pharmacists in centralized drug procurement. METHODS The data of drug use related to national centralized procurement in a hospital was collected. The quantity, amount, prescription/order and defined daily dose system(DDDs) were analyzed retrospectively by Excel and limited daily dose. RESULTS In the case of retaining the same original varieties drugs, it can be seen from DDDs that about 70% of the varieties used after the implementation did not change much or even increased compared with that before the implementation. The 5%-13% of the total monthly consumption of selected drugs. The cost of drugs decreased significantly. CONCLUSION The operation of national centralized drug procurement in hospital is stable, the effect is obvious, pharmacists play an important role.
