摘　　要：目的通过不规则抗体的筛查及鉴定,实行临床配合性输注,保障输血安全。方法对拟输血患者的血清进行不规则抗体检测,阳性患者进一步做鉴定及确认试验,若能确定其特异性,筛选其对应抗原阴性的血液进行配型,实施配合性输注,避免发生溶血反应。结果在1例新生儿血清中发现高效价Rh系统抗体—抗-Ec,通过输注Ec抗原阴性的血液,效果良好。结论对患者进行不规则抗体的筛查和鉴定,尤其是对一些存在特异性抗体的患者进行配合性输注,尤为重要,是确保临床输血安全、有效的重要举措。Objective To implement clinical cooperative infusion and ensure the safety of blood transfusion through the screening and identification of irregular antibodies. Methods The serum of the patients to be transfused will be conducted for the test of irregular antibodies,and the positive patients will be further identified and confirmed. If their specificity can be determined,the blood with negative antigen will be screened for matching,and the cooperative infusion will be carried out to avoid hemolytic reaction. Results The high valence Rh system antibody,anti-EC,was found in the serum of a newborn,and the effect was good through the transfusion of EC antigen negative blood. Conclusion It is particularly important to screen and identify patients with irregular antibodies,especially to carry out coordinated infusion in patients with specific antibodies,which is an important measure to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical blood transfusion.
