下呼吸道标本涂片镜检结果在肺部感染早期治疗中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究下呼吸道标本涂片镜检结果在肺部感染早期治疗中的价值。方法选取2018年4月—2019年10月于浙江省海宁市人民医院住院治疗肺部感染性疾病的患者486例(486份合格痰涂片标本),根据经验性使用抗生素抗菌谱与标本涂片镜检结果是否一致,将患者分为相符组222例和不相符组264例,观察2组患者住院时间、住院费用的比较以及治疗后预后的比较。结果相符组患者的住院时间、住院费用均明显少于不相符组(P <0.05),相符组治疗后总治愈率为23.42%(52/222),高于不相符组的11.36%(30/264)(P <0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论下呼吸道标本涂片镜检结果对于肺部感染的早期诊断及治疗具有很高的指导价值。Objective To study the value of microscopic examination of lower respiratory tract specimens in the early treatment of pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 486 patients( 486 qualified sputum smears) hospitalized in Haining People’s Hospital were selected from April 2018 to October 2019. According to whether the antibacterial spectrum of antibiotics was consistent with the microscopic examination results,the cases were divided into coincidence group( n = 222) and non-consistent group( n = 264). The hospitalization time,hospitalization cost and prognosis after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the consistent group were significantly lower than those in the inconsistent group( P < 0. 05). The total cure rate of the conforming group was 23. 42%( 52/222),which was higher than that of the non-conforming group( 11. 36%,30/264),with the differences statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The results of the microscopic examination of the smear of the lower respiratory tract have high guiding value for the early diagnosis and treatment of the pulmonary infection.
