摘  要:目的探讨不同类型胚胎移植液对囊胚冷冻解冻移植的临床结局的影响。方法回顾性分析670个囊胚冷冻解冻移植周期的临床资料,并根据所使用的胚胎移植液将其分为对照组(n=320)和试验组(n=350)。对照组以G2培养液为胚胎移植液,试验组以胚胎胶作为胚胎移植液。比较两组间的临床妊娠率和种植率。结果试验组的临床妊娠率和种植率稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论以胚胎胶作为胚胎移植液对提高囊胚冷冻解冻移植的临床妊娠率和种植率可能有一定的作用,但仍需更深入研究进一步证实。Objective To explore the effects of different types of embryo transfeRmedium on the clinical outcomes of frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer.Methods The clinical data of 670 frozen-thawed blastocyst transfeRcycles were retrospectively analyzed,and the cases were divided into control group(n=320)and experimental group(n=350)according to embryo transfeRmedium used.G2 culture solution and EmbryoGlue were used as embryo transfeRmedium in the control group and experimental group,respectively.The clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of the experimental group were slightly higheRthan those of the control group,showing no statistically significant difference(all P>0.05).Conclusion EmbryoGlue,serving as embryo transfeRmedium,may have a certain effect on improving the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer,but it should be verified furtheRby in-depth study.
