壮医经筋三联疗法治疗重症视觉疲劳的临床效果和安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨壮医经筋三联疗法(理筋、针灸和拔竹罐)治疗重症视觉疲劳的临床效果和安全性。方法将82例重症视觉疲劳患者,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=42)。两组患者均接受常规眼药治疗,观察组患者同时接受壮医经筋三联疗法(先经筋查灶,经筋手法解结、经筋针法消灶和经筋闪罐)。1个疗程结束后进行临床疗效评价,比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉疲劳症状积分和眼部血流动力学指标、临床疗效、治疗后的满意度,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的各项视觉疲劳症状积分和总分均降低,睫状前动脉和视网膜中央动脉的舒张末期流速和收缩期峰值流速均增快,且观察组以上指标均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效和患者满意度均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组在治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论联合应用壮医经筋三联疗法治疗重症视觉疲劳效果显著,可以有效地缓解视觉疲劳症状,并改善眼部血流动力学,且安全性好。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Zhuang medicine triple meridian therapy(therapeutic manipulation foRinjured soft tissue,acupuncture and moxibustion,and bamboo cupping therapy)foRsevere visual fatigue.Methods Eighty-two patients with severe visual fatigue were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=42).Patients in both groups were treated with conventional ophthalmic medicine,and patients in the observation group also received Zhuang medicine triple meridian therapy(lesion identification based on meridian manipulation,unknotting meridian manipulation,eliminating focus by meridian-muscle acupuncture,and quick cupping along the meridians).The assessment on clinical efficacy was performed afteRone course of treatment.Relevant indicators were compared between the two groups,including visual fatigue symptom score and oculaRhemodynamics indexes before and afteRtreatment,clinical efficacy,degree of satisfaction afteRtreatment,and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results AfteRtreatment,both groups exhibited a decline in the scores of all visual fatigue symptoms and total score,fasteRend-diastolic velocities and peak systolic velocities of anterioRciliary artery and central retinal artery,and the aforementioned indexes in the observation group were superioRto those in the control group(all P<0.05).The clinical efficacy and patients′degree of satisfaction in the observation group were betteRthan those in the control group(all P<0.05).No severe adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Combined use of Zhuang medicine triple meridian therapy obtains remarkable effects on severe visual fatigue,and it can not only ameliorate the symptoms of visual fatigue effectively,but also improve ophthalmic hemodynamics with favorable safety.
