摘　　要：增生性瘢痕的治疗是临床难点之一。在这篇综述中,基于我们的基础研究和临床研究的发现,概括性阐述我们对点阵CO_(2)激光治疗瘢痕这一新技术的认识和技术发明,显著提高瘢痕患者的美容和功能的改善程度。Hypertrophic scars are one of the more difficult problems to treat in our clinical practice.In this review,we cover our approach,from basic science research in our laboratory to the clinical theater on how we approach and treat these patients to improve cosmetic appearance and functional capabilities for patients suffering from hypertrophic scars.
