摘　　要：目的探究积雪苷软膏联合CO_(2)点阵激光对中重度痤疮后面部凹陷性疤痕的治疗效果。方法选取2020年6月-2021年6月于我院就诊的痤疮后面部凹陷性疤痕患者80例,随机分为2组,外用结合组40例采用积雪苷软膏联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,单独治疗组40例单独使用CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,观察对比两组的治疗效果。结果与治疗前相比,两次治疗后两组患者的ECCA评分分别有所下降,在两次治疗过程中的ECCA评分中,外用结合组患者的一次治疗后和二次治疗后ECCA评分分别为(49.83±11.98)和(36.17±12.11),单独治疗组患者的评分均高于外用结合组,分别为(55.73±16.83)和(40.73±15.35)(P<0.05)。两组间的治疗总有效率有显著性差异,外用结合组的治疗总有效率为87.88%,高于单独治疗组63.64%(P<0.05)。结论积雪苷软膏结合CO_(2)点阵激光对痤疮后面部疤痕的治疗效果比较理想,值得在临床上应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of asiaticoside ointment combined with CO_(2) fractional laser on depressed scars on the back of moderate to severe acne.Methods A total of 80 patients with depressed scars on the back of acne who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups.40 cases in the external combination group were treated with asiaticoside ointment combined with CO_(2) fractional laser treatment.Forty patients in the treatment group were treated with CO_(2) fractional laser alone,and the treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the ECCA scores of the two groups of patients decreased after two treatments.Among the ECCA scores during the two treatments,the ECCA scores of the patients in the combination group after the first treatment and the second treatment were respectively(49.83±11.98)and(36.17±12.11),the scores of patients in the single treatment group were higher than those in the topical combination group,respectively(55.73±16.83)and(40.73±15.35)(P<0.05).There is a significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups.The total effective rate of the external combination group is 87.88%,which is higher than 63.64%of the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The asiaticoside ointment combined with CO_(2) fractional laser has an ideal therapeutic effect on the back scar of acne,and it is worthy of clinical application.
