摘  要:新冠疫情提升了对轨道交通内饰材料的抗菌性能要求。研究了可用于高铁内饰的阻燃抗菌聚碳酸酯(PC)材料,对比了磺酸盐阻燃剂全氟丁基磺酸钾(PPFBS)、双苯胺基磺酸盐(HES)、3-苯磺酰基苯磺酸钾(KSS)在PC中的阻燃效果,结果显示阻燃剂PPFBS阻燃PC具有较高的极限氧指数(LOI)。阻燃剂PPFBS加入0.08份可使PC LOI达39.5%,UL94 V–0级,满足高铁要求。平均粒径为5μm的银离子抗菌剂添加0.75份可使阻燃PC的抗金黄色葡萄球菌和抗大肠杆菌的杀菌率>99.9%。表面活化银离子抗菌剂改善了抗菌剂与PC之间的界面相容性,阻燃PC的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度由14.1 kJ/m^(2)提升到55.8 kJ/m^(2)。该阻燃抗菌PC材料具有良好的抗菌性能,以及较高的LOI和悬臂梁缺口冲击强度,可用于公共交通领域有抗菌阻燃要求的塑料部件的注塑生产。Covid–19 has raised the requirements for the antibacterial properties of high-speed train interior materials.A flame retardant and antibacterial polycarbonate(PC)materials used for high-speed railway seat table were studied.The flame retardant effects of sulfonate flame retardant potassium perflurobutylsulfonate(PPFBS),high efficiency sulfonate(HES)and potassium diphenylsulfonesulfonate(KSS)in PC were compared.The results show that PPFBS retardant PC has higher limiting oxygen index(LOI).When PPFBS 0.08 phr is added,the LOI of PC can reach 39.5%,UL94 V–0,which can meet the LOI requirements of highspeed railway seat table.By the addition of 5μm antibacterial agent 0.75 phr,the sterilization rate of flame retardant PC against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is more than 99.9%.The interfacial compatibility between antibacterial agent and PC is improved by using surface activating silver ion antibacterial agent,and the notched impact strength of flame retardant PC is increased from 14.1 kJ/m^(2) to 55.8 kJ/m^(2).The flame retardant and antibacterial PC material has good antibacterial properties,high oxygen index and high impact strength,which can be used in the public transportation plastic parts with antibacterial and flame retardant requirements.
