摘 要:采用熔融共混方法制备了星形支化尼龙6(PA6–H)/尼龙66(PA66)/玻纤(GF)复合材料。考察了高GF增强体系中(固定GF含量为40%)PA6–H含量对复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明:PA6–H的加入使复合材料的结晶趋向容易,随着PA6–H含量的增加,复合材料的结晶温度向低温方向移动、熔体流动速率逐渐增大;拉伸强度及弯曲强度均出现先降低后增加的情况。当PA6–H含量为30%时,材料的耐热性能稍下降,而力学性能及加工性能优势明显,表现为材料的螺旋流动更长、制品表面浮纤更少。此配比下复合材料的成本较低,且综合性能最优;扫描电子显微镜显示,PA6–H的加入能有效促进GF的分散及其与树脂基体的结合;影像测量仪显示:GF的长度分布更为均匀。A star-branched nylon 6(PA6–H)/nylon 66(PA66)/glass fiber(GF)composite was prepared by melt blending.The effect of PA6–H content in the high glass fiber reinforced system(fixed GF content at 40%)on the comprehensive properties of the composite was investigated.The results show that with the content of PA6–H increasing,the crystallization temperature of the composites moves towards low temperature,the melting index gradually increases,tensile strength and bending strength both decrease first and then increase.When the content of PA6–H is 30%,the heat resistance of the material is slightly reduced,the mechanical properties and processing performance advantages are obvious.The composite material has the lowest cost and the best overall performance at this ratio.Scanning electron microscope shows the addition of PA6–H can effectively promote the dispersion of GF and its combination with the resin matrix,and the length of the glass fiber is more uniform.
