摘  要:采用熔融共混的方法制备了聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)/滑石粉(Talc)复合材料,系统地研究了Talc的粒子尺寸对PBS结晶性能、流变性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着Talc粒子尺寸的减小,复合材料的冲击强度先增大后减小而拉伸强度逐渐增大。当1250目Talc含量为6%时,其冲击强度从45 J/m提升至73 J/m,相比于纯PBS提升了近70%。Talc的加入也增大了复合材料的模量和黏度,这使得材料在加工时更容易成型。同时,Talc作为一种成核剂极大程度地改善了PBS的结晶性能。扫描电子显微镜显示断面由平整光滑变为“悬崖”式结构,这也是体系无定形区增大的结果。然而,当Talc含量过高时两相间相容性变差,出现相分离现象。Poly(butylene succinate)(PBS)/talcum powder(Talc)composites were prepared by the means of melt blending.The effects of particle size of Talc on the crystallization,rheological and mechanical properties of the composites were systematically studied.The results show that the impact strength of the composites increase and then decrease while the yield strength increase gradually with the decrease of particle size.When 1250 mesh Talc content is 6%,the impact strength increase to 73 J/m from 45 J/m,which enhanced by nearly 70%in comparison with original PBS.The addition of Talc also increase the modulus and viscosity,which cause the composites easier to mould during processing.Meanwhile,the crystallization properties of composites are improved greatly by adding Talc as a nucleating agent to PBS.Scanning electron microscope indicate that the section morphology change from a flat and smooth surface to a typical structure of“cliff”,which is also the result of the increase of the amorphous zone of the system.However,it could be observed that the compatibility between the two phases became poor when Talc content is too high,which leed to occurrence of the phase separation.
