摘 要:将KH–550偶联剂改性的纳米SiO_(2)和竹纤维加入到黑料[二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)混合物]和白料(组合聚醚多元醇)中,充分搅拌后,采用一步法发泡工艺制备了不同配比的改性硬质聚氨酯(PUR–R)泡沫复合材料。对改性的纳米SiO_(2)和PUR–R泡沫进行了红外光谱分析;对改性前、后的PUR–R泡沫进行热重分析和压缩性能测试。热性能测试表明,PUR–R泡沫经纳米SiO_(2)和竹纤维双重改性后其热分解温度提高了14℃。压缩性能测试表明,纳米SiO_(2)对PUR–R泡沫塑料有一定的增强作用,黑料和白料配比为1.4∶1,改性纳米SiO_(2)和竹粉的含量均为聚醚多元醇的4%时,泡沫的压缩强度提高了30%。综合数据发现,SiO_(2)和竹纤维双重改性后的PUR–R泡沫力学性能和热性能都得到了明显提高。Nano-SiO_(2)modified by KH–550 coupling agent and bamboo fiber were added into black material[diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)mixture]and white material(combination polyether polyol).After full stirring,the modified polyurethane(PUR–R)foam composites with different ratio were prepared by one-step foaming process.The infrared spectra of the modified nano-SiO_(2)and the prepared PUR–R foam were analyzed.The thermogravimetric analysis and compression performance of PUR–R foam before and after modification were carried out.The thermal performance test show that the thermal decomposition temperature of PUR–R foam are increased by 14℃after modification of nano-SiO_(2)and bamboo fiber.The compression performance tests show that nano-SiO_(2)has a certain strengthening effect on rigid polyurethane foam.When the ratio of black material to white material is 1.4∶1,and the content of modified nano-SiO_(2)and bamboo fiber is 4%of white material,the compression strength of the foam is increased by 30%.The results show that the mechanical and thermal properties of PUR–R foam are improved obviously.
