摘  要:针对汽车碟刹封盖塑料件,使用丙烯腈-苯乙烯塑料(SAN)进行注射成型。模腔布局为1模4腔,使用潜伏式浇口对模腔进行浇注。模架结构改进为2板式2次开模模架,第1次开模用于内滑块侧抽芯动作的驱动,第2次开模用于塑料件的完全顶出脱模驱动。使用了定距拉杆、动模板拉杆、树脂开闭器、同步拉杆、复位杆胶垫等零件控制模具的2次打开和2次闭合动作。使用了一种斜顶块+直顶杆形式的斜顶机构,能有效避免使用单一斜顶杆斜顶机构而发生的斜顶杆折断失效问题。使用了一种模板打开驱动型内滑块机构,有效地解决了内壁倒扣槽脱模困难问题。冷却系统、浇注系统、顶出系统设计合理,零部件易于更换,装配方便。For the plastic parts of automobile disc brake cover,acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer(SAN)was used for injection molding.The submarine gate was used to gating the mold cavity,and the layout of the mold cavity was 1 mold with 4 cavities.The structure of the moldbase was improved to 2-plate and 2-stage opening mould base.The first opening was used to drive the inner slider side core pulling action,and the second time was used to drive the complete ejection demoulding of plastic parts.Fixed distance pull rod,moving mold-plate pull rod,resin switch,synchronous pull rod,reset rod rubber pad etc were used to control the twice opening/closing sequence of the mold.A kind of slant mechanism with slant block+straight ejector was used,which can effectively avoid the fracture failure of angel lifter caused by the use of single angel lifter.A kind of internal sliding block mechanism driven by mold-plate opening was used,which effectively solve the difficulty of demoulding the inner wall undercut.The design of cooling system,gating system and ejection system is reasonable,and the parts are easy to replace and assemble.
