摘  要:自主神经紊乱参与心室的异常复极,而异常的复极特性可能会触发心律失常,一些结构正常而离子通道异常的心脏病如长QT间期综合征、儿茶酚胺敏感性室速,在交感神经或迷走神经张力增高时,容易激发多形性室速,严重者甚至猝死,心电图可能显示QT间期延长;同时,情绪如急性应激与慢性焦虑也被提出因自主神经紊乱影响心室复极,继而引发心律失常。文章就自主神经对心室复极的影响进行综述。Autonomic disorders are involved in the abnormal repolarization of the ventricles,and the abnormal repolarization characteristics may trigger arrhythmia.Some heart diseases with normal structure but abnormal ion channels,such as long QT syndrome,catecholamine sensitive ventricular tachycardia,are in sympathetic nerves or when the vagus nerve tension is increased,it is easy to trigger polymorphic ventricular tachycardia,and in severe cases,even sudden death,the electrocardiogram may show prolonged QT interval.At the same time,emotions such as acute stress and chronic anxiety have also been proposed to affect ventricular repolarization due to autonomic disorders,and then cause arrhythmia.This article reviews the influence of autonomic nerves on ventricular repolarization.
