摘 要:首先分析了以仓库、配送中心、部队用户为主体的、具有时变需求特性的军事物流体系的一般运行过程,然后结合仓储限定、配送约束、接收限制等条件,构建了基于混合整数规划的军事物流配送中心选址模型,最后应用算例进行求解并对计算结果进行了分析。计算结果表明,所提模型方法能够在满足部队用户动态物资需求的前提下给出较为合理的选址方案和物资配送策略,可为配送中心选址决策提供辅助参考。Firstly,this paper analyzed the general operation process of military logistics system with time varying demand characteristics,which was mainly composed of warehouse,distribution center and military users.Then,combined with the storage constraints,distribution constraints,receiving constraints and other conditions,this paper constructed a military logistics distribution center location model based on mixed integer programming.Finally,an example was applied to solve the problem and the calculation results were analyzed.The calculation results show that the model method can give a more reasonable location scheme and material distribution strategy on the premise of meeting the dynamic material demand of military users,and can provide auxiliary reference for the location decision of distribution center.
