摘 要:地铁车站一般位于城市道路的下方,也有与火车站、高铁站相结合的案例,但地铁车站与既有地下商城结合的案例比较少见。地铁车站施工前,采用绳锯切割机和破碎锤对地下商城顶板和立柱进行局部拆除,采用水钻钻机、破碎锤和风镐对地下商城底板进行局部拆除;拆除前,对顶板未拆除部分使用工字钢和钢支撑进行加固,对底板未拆除部分的地基进行袖阀管注浆加固;地铁车站施工结束后,对地下商城顶板、立柱和底板进行复建,新旧结构采取后浇带进行连接,使地下商城恢复其原有使用功能。该施工技术可为今后类似工程提供借鉴和参考。Subway stations are generally located below urban roads,and there are also cases built combined with railway stations and high-speed railway stations,but the cases of subway stations built combined with existing underground malls are rare.Before construction of subway station,the roofs and columns of the underground mall were partially demolished by using rope saw cutter and breaking hammer,the floors of the underground mall were partially demolished by using water drilling rig,breaking hammer and pneumatic picks.Before the underground mall was demolished,the non-removed part roofs were reinforced with I-beam steel and steel supports,and the ground of non-removed floors were reinforced with sleeve valve tube grouting.After complication of subway station construction,the roofs,columns,and floors of the underground mail were reconstructed.And the connection of the new and old structures was used by post-pouring belts,so that the underground mail can resume its original using function.The construction technology can provide reference for future similar engineering.
