河南省生态旅游资源开发中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：河南省生态旅游资源丰富,发展前景广阔。但在生态旅游资源开发过程中却出现了环保意识薄弱、前期缺乏科学规划、资源开发短视、专业人才缺失以及监督体制不健全等问题。应强化公众生态意识,精心规划科学开发,关注生态承载力以追求生态旅游效益最大化,培养、引进高素质生态旅游专业人才,健全生态旅游开发监管机制与旅游法规,促进生态旅游资源的健康发展。Henan province is rich in ecotourism resources and has a broad development prospect.However,in the process of ecotourism resources development,there are some problems,such as weak in environmental awareness,lack of scientific planning in the early stage,develop with short-sighted,lack of professionals and imperfect supervision system.It is necessary to strengthen public ecological consciousness,plan scientific development carefully,pay attention to ecological carrying capacity,train and introduce high-quality ecotourism professionals,improve the supervision mechanism and tourism regulations of ecotourism development,and promote the healthy development of ecotourism resources.
