新冠疫情下中西医远程智慧医疗在住宅康养的应用研究

摘　　要：随着我国老龄人口的增加、生活水平的提升及5G技术的应用,住宅由传统的居住为主转向科技健康养老为主,住宅康养越来越得到重视。同时,随着新冠肺炎病毒的流行,人们居家办公的现象越来越多,住宅居住卫生条件在疾病传播和治疗中扮演着关键角色。本文通过介绍康养住宅的选址、结构设计及相关设备、器材的设计,阐述了住宅康养与远程治疗手段的融合,对新冠疫情下的住宅规划设计进行了有益探索。With the increase of China's aging population and the improvement of living standards,coupled with the application of 5G technology,the housing focus has shifted from traditional residence to scientific and technological health and elderly care,especially home health care has been paid more and more attention.With the popularity of novel coronavirus pneumonia,people began to work in their homes,in which the living conditions play a key role in disease transmission and treatment.This paper introduces the location,structural design and arrangement of related equipment and facilities of Kangyang Housing,expounds the integration of home health care and remote medical treatment,and makes a useful exploration for the housing planning and design under the background of COVID-19.
