摘　　要：科学实现房产面积测算,合理进行共有面积分摊,能够使不动产的房产面积得到有效控制。为探究房产面积测算和分摊方法,本文从面积划分、数据采集等方面对面积测算内容和要求进行了分析,在提出共有面积分摊基本方法基础上,结合不同房产类型对分摊方法选用问题展开了探讨,希望能够为房产测绘工作开展提供参考。The scientific calculation of real estate area and reasonable allocation of common area can effectively control the area quality of real estate.In order to explore the method of real estate area calculation and allocation,this paper analyzes the content and requirements of area calculation from the aspects of area division and data collection.On the basis of proposing the basic method of common area allocation,this paper discusses the selection of allocation method combined with different types of real estate,hoping to provide reference for the development of real estate surveying and mapping.
