摘  要:某磷矿东采区接近终采标高,2016年中期开始实施分段开采分段内排。西帮底板临空高边坡存在滑移隐患,加之下部坑底的积水影响,挂帮矿和深部矿难以回采,进而导致内排推进受阻。为满足生产进度需要,对生产排土工艺和采剥时空进行了优化,结果表明:“斜平面分区”内排工艺能尽早实现边坡全面压帮,使已实施段临空高边坡更加稳固,符合“高土高排,低土低排”原则,提升了排土效率;“分期限时作业”合理避开了边坡滑移期,集中力量在一定时间内完成某一区段的工作任务,实现了“应采尽采,可采尽采”;采剥与排土进度合理对接,有效规避了生产的“难点”,并将“非传统水源”加以充分利用,解决了矿区生产用水问题。As the mining operation in east area in a phosphate mine was approaching to the final mining level,sublevel caving and inside dumping had been carried out since the middle quarter of 2016.However the hidden landslide was likely to happen to the high slope overhead the floor of west slope and affected by the water collected to the sump at the bottom of pit,resulting in difficulties of mining the hanging wall and deep ore formation,then causing blockage of the inside dumping.To meet the demands for scheduled production,dumping process,time and space for stripping were optimized.The results indicated that using the dumping technique with"inclined plane zoning",compaction of whole slope can be completed as soon as possible,which makes the high slope more firmed and has improved the dumping efficiency in conformity to the principle of"high waste rock to high dump,low waste rock to low dump".Moreover,"time-limited operation by stages"was reasonably excluded from the period with potential slope sliding and was concentrated on performing the sectional work within a certain time,so as to achieve the goal called"all due mining work to be done,all minable ores to be mined".The schedules for stripping and dumping operation were rationally coordinated,which effectively overcomes the"difficulties"during the operation.The full utilization of"non-traditional water sources"solved the problems of service water in mine.
