摘  要:无机矿物具有优异的硬度、尺寸稳定性和热稳定性,并具有资源丰富、价格低廉、绿色环保等优点,将无机矿物添加到木塑复合材料中可以改善木塑制品的性能、降低生产成本。概述了无机矿物的几何形状、粒径及表面特征,总结了无机矿物在木塑复合材料中的分散方法以及增强木塑材料力学强度和热性能的机理,指出了无机矿物在木塑复合材料中的应用前景,提出了未来需进一步探索多种无机矿物填料混合使用以开发出更加高效环保的新型木塑制品的发展建议。Inorganic minerals are of outstanding hardness,dimensional stability and thermal stability,and have the advantages of abound resources,cost effective and environmental friendly.Addition of inorganic minerals to wood plastic composites is likely to improve the performance of wood-plastic products and reduce the production costs.The geometric form,particle size and surface property of inorganic minerals were presented in this paper.The dispersion process of inorganic minerals in wood plastic composites and the mechanism for them to enhance mechanical strength and thermal performance of wood plastic composites were summarized.The prospective application of inorganic minerals in wood plastic composites was proposed.A suggestion is proposed that it is necessary to further study the application of the blend with a variety of inorganic minerals in order to develop novel wood-plastic products of higher efficiency and environmental friendly.
