摘  要:对热镀锌板表面的亮点缺陷形貌进行SEM、EDS微观分析,亮点缺陷位置较板面正常位置光滑,铁含量较高,铝含量较低。腐蚀去锌层后抑制层未见异常、基板未见损伤,分析结果表明亮点为物理机械压伤锌层所致。通过试验调整锌锅锌液Al含量、降低镀后冷却塔顶温度及光整机前安装工作辊辊面清洗装置方法,显著改善了带钢表面的亮点缺陷。The bright spot defects on the surface of hot dip galvanized sheet is analyzed by SEM and EDS,the bright spot defect position is smoother than the normal position of the plate surface,with higher iron content and lower aluminum content.After zinc is removed,the inhibition layer is normal and the substrate is not damaged,the results show that the bright spot is caused by physical and mechanical damage to the zinc layer.By adjusting the Al content of liquid zinc,reducing the top plating temperature of cooling tower and installing the cleaning device for the surface zinc powder of work roll in the front temper mill.the bright spot defects on the surface of strip steel were significantly improved.
