摘 要:高固含量磺酸型水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液在存储过程中,会由于乳液微相分离程度的增加,而在成膜后力学性能下降,吸水率大幅增加。以聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMG2000)、聚丙二醇(PPG1000)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、乙二胺基乙磺酸钠(AAS-Na)为主要原料合成了一系列不同PPG含量的水性聚氨酯乳液。利用PPG的侧基结构对WPU分子链的规整性进行调控,降低乳液在贮存过程中的微相分离。乳液室温放置五个月后进行胶膜性能和微相结构的表征。结果表明,PPG含量为软段含量的20%-30%时,能有效削弱WPU在存储过程中的微相分离,胶膜力学性能与五个月前较好的保持一致。Due to increasing microphase separation of sulfonated waterborne polyurethane(WPU)during the storing process,the mechanical properties could decrease and the swelling ratio of the polyurethane films could increase.A series of waterborne polyurethane emulsions with different polypropylene glycol(PPG 1000)content were prepared from polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG 2000),polypropylene glycol(PPG 1000),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),1,4-butanediol(BDO)and aliphatic diamine sulphonate(AAS-Na).The side-group structure of PPG broke the regularity of WPU molecular chain and reduced the microphase separation of emulsion during storage.After the emulsion was stored at room temperature for five months,the properties and phase structure of polyurethane films were characterized.The results show when the content of PPG is from^(2)0%to 30%of the soft segment content,it could effectively weaken the microphase separation of WPU during storage,the mechanical properties of WPU films are consistent with those of five months ago.
