摘 要:聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)基于其性能可调和优良的加工性被大量应用于室内装饰材料和汽车内饰件,但PUF制品长期使用过程中不断释放的醛酮类挥发性有机物在密闭环境中积聚对人体造成极大伤害。使用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)对PUF进行改性,采用一步法成功制备了PEI改性聚氨酯泡沫材料(PEI-PUF)。利用抗压强度测试,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)和醛酮挥发物测试对样品进行分析。结果表明,PEI添加量为0.5 g时能够有效降低PUF材料挥发出的醛酮类有机物。Polyurethane foams(PUF)had been widely used in interior decoration materials and automotive interiors due to their adjustable properties and excellent processability.However,the volatile organic compounds of aldehydes and ketones released continuously during the long-term use of PUF products accumulate in closed environment and could cause great harm to human body.In this paper,polyethylenimine(PEI)was used to modify PUF,and PEI-PUF was successfully prepared by one-step method.The samples were analyzed by compression strength test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and aldehyde and ketone volatiles test.The results show that 0.5 g of PEI can effectively reduce the aldehydes and ketones volatilized by PUF materials.
