摘 要:采用丙烯酸(AA)乳液共混改性乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)乳液,通过低玻璃化转变温度的AA乳液调控EVA乳液的玻璃化转变温度,使其获得较优的热封效果。其次,AA乳液的加入可以调整EVA乳液成膜后作为热封层的力学性能与易揭性,通过涂覆在铝箔表面进行试验,模拟实际应用场景,使其能够满足航空铝合金领域对于易揭保护膜的需求。Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)emulsion was modified by blending acrylic emulsion(AA).The glass transition temperature of EVA emulsion was controlled by acrylic emulsion with low glass transition temperature to obtain better thermal sealing effect.Secondly,the addition of acrylic emulsion could adjust the mechanical properties and easy-to-expose properties of EVA emulsion as a heat-sealing layer after film formation.By coating on the surface of aluminium foil,experiments were carried out to simulate the practical application scenario,so that it could meet the needs of easy-to-expose film in the field of aviation aluminum alloy.
