摘  要:在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)溶液中加入氢氧化锂和碳酸锂进行加热搅拌,并对PVDF溶液中的氟离子浓度进行测试,研究不同性能参数的PVDF及不同环境条件下的碱解差异。结果表明,高的PVDF分子量及共聚单体含量有利于提高耐碱性;氢氧化锂是使PVDF发生碱解的主要因素,碳酸锂对PVDF的碱解几乎无贡献;搅拌温度、搅拌时间、碱的浓度、NMP水分含量等因素对PVDF的碱解程度有明显影响。Lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate were added into the N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)solution of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)with heating and stirring.The fluoride ion concentration of the PVDF solution was calculated to study the alkaline corrosion of PVDF with different performance parameters and under different environmental conditions.The results show that high molecular weight and high comonomer contents of PVDF are beneficial to improve alkali resistance.Lithium hydroxide is the main factor that could cause the alkaline corrosion of PVDF,and lithium carbonate hardly contributes to the alkaline corrosion of PVDF.Also stirring temperature,stirring time,concentration of alkali and moisture content of NMP have significant impacts on the degree of alkaline corrosion of PVDF.
